Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This policy explains what data the prstudio.ch website collects, why, and what your rights are. I, Pedro Ribeiro, wrote this website and this policy myself — if anything isn't clear, write to me directly.

1. Who is responsible for the data

Pedro Ribeiro, sole proprietorship operating under the trade name PR Studio, Stalden, Valais (VS), Switzerland.
Email: pedrooribeiro7555@icloud.com · Phone/WhatsApp: +41 79 825 70 78

2. What data I collect and why

SituationDataPurposeLegal basis

Template demo formsContact details (phone number or email) you enter in the restaurant/gym/etc. simulationsSo you can see how a request/booking would work; it reaches me as a notification, not a real orderConsent
Client area (account)Email, password (encrypted), chat messages, orders, scheduled meetingsTo manage your project and communicate with you in one placePerformance of the service contract
Visit statisticsBrowser language, referral source, device type — no name, no email, no personal identifierTo understand which pages/languages are most useful and improve the siteLegitimate interest
Technical browser preferencesChosen language, whether you've already seen the initial loading screen, messages already read — stored only on your device (localStorage/sessionStorage)So the site remembers your preferences between visitsLegitimate interest (strictly necessary for operation)
Analytics & marketing (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel), when activeUsage identifiers, interactions on the siteUsage statistics and campaign measurementConsent — these only load after you accept the cookie notice

3. Who else has access to the data (subprocessors)

  • Netlify, Inc. (USA), certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework — website hosting and receipt of contact form submissions.
  • Supabase — client area database and authentication (messages, orders, meetings, login). Project hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and/or Tawk.to, only if and when I enable them — used for usage statistics, marketing campaigns and live chat, always subject to prior consent.

None of these providers uses your data for their own purposes unrelated to the operation of this website.

4. How long I keep the data

Messages, quote requests and meetings are kept for as long as the business relationship remains relevant, or for the period required by legal obligations (for example, statutory retention periods for business records in Switzerland). You may request deletion before that, unless I am legally required to retain something.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to request a portable copy, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to me at pedrooribeiro7555@icloud.com.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, the Swiss regulator) or, if you are in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.

6. Security

The site uses an HTTPS/TLS connection on all pages. Client area passwords are managed and encrypted by Supabase — I, Pedro, never see your password in plain text. Access to the admin panel is restricted to my account, verified against the database on every login.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies by default. It uses your browser's localStorage/sessionStorage only to store technical preferences (language, client area session, messages already read) — data that stays only on your device. If I enable Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, those services may use their own cookies for statistics and advertising — but only after you accept the cookie notice that appears on your first visit.

8. Minors

This site is not directed at persons under 16 years of age.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page always indicates the most recent version.
