These terms govern the use of the website prstudio.ch and the relationship between you and Pedro Ribeiro (PR Studio) as the provider of the services presented here.

1. Who provides the service

Pedro Ribeiro, self-employed under the trade name PR Studio, Stalden, Valais (VS), Switzerland — websites, digital marketing, and social media management for businesses in Valais.

2. The template demos are not real services

The restaurant, gym, barbershop, clinic, photographer, real estate agency, and fashion store simulations are illustrative examples of my work. Any "order," "booking," or "appointment" you make within these demos is fictitious — it only serves to show that you understood how a real website would work, and any contact details you leave reach me solely as a notification, without creating any commercial commitment or charge.

3. Quotes and pricing

The amounts shown on the site (for example, "CHF 490 – CHF 6'000") are indicative. The exact scope of work and the final price for each project are always agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before we begin.

4. Client area

Access to the client area is reserved for those who have created an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything you send through your account. The client area may not be used in an abusive manner (spam, illegal content, attempts to access other clients' data).

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, and content of this website belong to Pedro Ribeiro, unless otherwise stated. The final work delivered to each client follows whatever is agreed in the respective service agreement.

6. Disclaimer of liability

This website and its demos are provided "as is." Despite every care taken, I cannot guarantee continuous, error-free availability. I am not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website.

7. Third-party links

The site links to WhatsApp and other third-party services (Netlify, Supabase, Google, Meta) outside my direct control — the terms and policies of each of them apply.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to any applicable consumer protection rules, the competent jurisdiction is that of my professional domicile in Valais.
